Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your MILE MARK journal.

Unused journals in their original packaging and condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

Because each journal is intended to become a personal archive, we cannot accept returns on journals that have been written in, personalized, or otherwise used.
